Your First Visit

We will begin with a comprehensive health history and discussion of your goals. This is your time to share what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and feel heard.
A focused physical and movement assessment will follow to evaluate posture, mobility, joint function, and nervous system involvement.
If appropriate, your first adjustment may be performed that day. In some cases, findings will be reviewed before beginning care to ensure the most thoughtful approach.
You will leave your first visit with a clear understanding of what is going on, what your care plan may look like, and what to expect moving forward.
